Why We Use AI – And Where We Don’t

Artificial intelligence helps us manage the background so we can be more present in the foreground – with you. From faster replies to personalised recommendations, we use AI to support our team, never to replace them. What AI does at Soko:
  • Helps us reply to your emails faster and more clearly
  • Assists with spelling and grammar corrections
  • Translates messages in the languages we actually speak (English, French, Dutch, Spanish)
  • Gives a helping hand with content creation (always reviewed by a human!)
What AI does not do at Soko:
  • We never use AI to translate into languages we don’t understand
  • We don’t rewrite entire emails with AI – just small edits
  • We don’t feed your personal information into AI systems like ChatGPT
  • If it’s something we can find on Google, we use Google – not AI

Your Privacy Matters
