At Soko Hotels, our love for wine is more than a pairing to our cuisine – it’s part of who we are.
From the very beginning, wine has played a central role in our journey. When Loretta first arrived in France, she quickly realised that to understand French culture, you must understand its food and wine. An internship with the prestigious appellation Châteauneuf-du-Pape opened the doors to the world of winemaking – and she never looked back. Her passion deepened through years of work in wine export and marketing, and eventually turned into a life philosophy.
Together with Guillaume, they decided that the wines served at the hotel would reflect the region, the people, and the nature that surrounds them. The Gardois terroir is incredibly rich – and after years of tasting wines from across the globe, they agreed: what they loved most was right here.
This philosophy has shaped our monthly-changing wine list, which features only wines from our region – all either natural, organic, or biodynamic. We believe in wine that speaks of the land and respects the hands that make it. No large industrial labels here – only winemakers we know personally, admire deeply, and have built strong, long-lasting relationships with.

• Domaine Mas de Jallon – authentic, natural wines made just around the corner in Fournès
• Domaine de la Tour – a historic vineyard in Beaucaire producing wines full of character
• Antoine Armanet – young, dynamic and deeply committed to organic winemaking
Our wine menu is alive – just like the wines themselves – and evolves with the seasons, the food, and the discoveries we make.
